Sanpomen Ramen Take-away is now available!
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to offer you self-cook ramen so that you can enjoy the decadently rich tonkotsu ramen at the comfort and convenience of your home.
What are shipping options?

Due to high demand of dining in store, Sanpomen currently only offers pick-up option. Thanks for understanding.

 

How much is order handling fee?

​Nil.  

 

When can I pick up my order?

​During our business hours unless your order is in large quantity. Our business hours are 10:30 am - 21:00 pm, Monday to Sunday. Please wait for pickup notification before proceeding for pickup. 

 

If you have a time request for pick up, please enquire with us or indicate it under "special note" before placing an order and we will do our best to accomodate it. Sanpomen reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be organised within restrictive time requirements.

Is there a cutoff?

​Yes. An order must be placed before 6pm in order to be processed for picking up schedule. Orders entered on or after 6pm are deemed entered on the following business day and will be processed for picking up schedule on said business day.

Where is pickup location? 

Shop T22, Hurstville Central Shopping Centre, 225H Forest Road, Hurstville NSW 2220 (next to Coles in Hurstville Train Station)

What are payment methods available? 

Available Payment Methods are: 

  • Cash on Pickup

  • Credit card payment on Pickup

  • Pay online

Can I request for change to be brought?

​Yes. If you need our courier to bring change, please contact us via online chat box (on the right bottom of each page) or contact us form. Please specify what changes you would like to make.
